Q - Will the same housekeeper/s do each cleaning at my home?
A - Yes, as much as possible. The exception happens when your housekeeper/s is sick, or goes on vacation on your scheduled cleaning day. If two housekeeper/s normally clean your home usually at least one of them is available to clean your house. Cleaning instructions are written out for the housekeeper so if someone new comes to your house the new housekeeper/s knows what needs to be done.
Q - How do I pay for your house cleaning services?A - MDV Residential Cleaning Service gladly accepts the following forms of payment: all major credit cards, money orders or checks. Payment for first time customers is due in full prior to initial cleaning service. Established clients are extended a 7 day courtesy period to make payments. All late payments will incur a $20.00 late fee, and a $50.00 fee is applied to all returned checks.
Q - Can I get a estimate on the web or over the phone?A - After almost 7 years in the business, we know what to ask, and how to give you an accurate price over the phone or internet, without an in-home visit. Some companies insist on making an appointment to visit your home first, but this is usually just to give them the opportunity for a high-pressure sales call.
Q - What if I am not satisfied with your service?A - Please contact us about every minor detail if you are not happy. We will do everything in our abilities to maintain customer satisfaction.
Q - Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?A - Yes, you have to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Please let the office know and leave them out where the housekeeper can easily find them, preferably in the kitchen area.
We provide the cleaning supplies and equipment upon request (charge $12,75).
A - Our Cleaner will treat your home with respect and care, however accidents can happen. We are fully insured for this and will either replace or repair the damaged item for you.
Q - Do you have a minimum hour requirement to use your service?A - Yes, we require at least 3 hours each time, although you can choose the frequency i.e weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one time cleaning.
